The 2022 class is loaded with talented point guards. Today, we will break down 5 2022 point guards to watch through the rest of summer.

Antonio Kite (Anniston)- Kite is a top tier talent overall in the class. This kid is so shifty and crafty with the ball in his hands. the 6'0-6'1 point can score at all 3 levels and is very good out of ball screens. He has the skill set to also play off the ball. Kite is known for going at the other top players in the state, regardless of class.

Calen Lightford (Sparkman)- Lightford is 5'8-5'9, but this kid plays way bigger. He has really good floor vision, passing ability, and a very smooth jumper. Right now, Lightford is not overly athletic and bigger guards try to take advantage of his size, but this kid is a warrior.

Jacari Lane (Lee-Huntsville)- This kid is a wizard with the ball. Lane has been nicknamed "Baby Kyrie" for a reason. The 5'11 point guard has a tight handle, smooth jumper, and he is deceptively athletic. His shooting ability allows him to also play off the ball. Lane has the talent to be a top 10 prospect in his class.
