With the changes in the NCAA recruiting schedule there was only one live period in April instead of the usual two, meaning not as many players were seen. That will change this June however, as college coaches will be allowed to attend different high school events that were sanctioned by the NCAA throughout the country. There will also be one more live period for travel basketball in July.

While the single live period is a change that doesn’t exactly help the prospects in April, that didn’t stop some from being seen and picking up buzz in the form of offers and a rankings boost. Here’s a look at nine juniors in Virginia who picked up new offers this spring.
