Isaiah Stafford (Bolingbrook)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #23
Stafford broke out at the Havoc in the Heartland in late May! The Bolingbrook combo guard was absolutely lights out shooting it from three. He looked like Baby Steph Curry that weekend with the way he shot if from three along with a lethal pull up game.
Caleb Horton (Kenwood)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #34
Horton had a strong spring on the travel team circuit with Team RWA. The rising junior is primed to breakout this season with the graduation and transfer of lots of upperclassmen. Rangy scoring combo guard who is a smooth ball handler and capable shooter.
Darrion Jones (Bogan)
Previous Ranking: #67
Current Ranking: #42
Jones came on strong at the end of the high school season for Bogan and has had a nice spring with the Illinois Wolves 16U filling in for Sayles who has been out with an injury. Tough and physical guard who has a nice passing feel and gets to the cup.
Jalen Houston (Hyde Park)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #53
Houston played the best we had seen him at Run N Slam. The Hyde Park 2021 point guard is a Chicago tough kid that has strength and a crisp jump shot. Showed that off along with getting after it on the defensive end of the floor.
Kyonte Thomas (Bolingbrook)
Previous Ranking: #103
Current Ranking: #65
Thomas was the motor that made Y&R go this spring! Pushed in transition and always had his head up looking to make a play. Rangy guard that is an in your face defender. Should complement Bolingbrook’s other guards well.
Shane Miller (Springfield)
Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #66
Miller broke out with a strong performance for Capital City Teamwork during the Show Me Showdown where he led his team to the semis. Excellent slasher that bursts through the hole to the rim. Capable three point shooter as well.
