Top Dawg: Micah Peavy (pictured above) keeps his title as the best small forward in the class. Nobody has made as impactful of a rise nationally more than the four-star wing. And in my opinion, he still might be underrated in the national eye. He has not taken the foot off the gas since March and seems to be heading into July with a boatload of confidence and a full head of steam. Running with Nike Pro Skills, Peavy is currently a top-five scorer on the EYBL circuit.
Coming on Strong: Austin Garner could also be classified as the biggest sleeper. He often gets overlooked on 3D Empire because of their high-scoring flamethrowing backcourt of Baylor Hebb and Logan McLaughlin. Still, with that being said, Garner has been one of 3D Empire‘s most consistent performers throughout the spring. His shooting prowess has been relied upon when opposing defenses help off and he has more than proved his value with his accuracy from downtown.
Best Committed: Logan Bracamonte is the only prospect I know who first was offered by a Division III school then shortly became his class’ first Division I commit. The 6-foot-5 sharpshooter has a pretty stroke and sneaky lift to elevate and finish above the rim. He is now the next Division I prospect from the respectable SABO Warhawks program.
