Continue ReadingIn August we will extend out the 2020 rankings to over 100 players (80 currently) and probably end up when they graduate with 150 or so, just like the 2019 class that had 155 ranked.
As AAU shuts down and we head into the HS month of June ball, lets look at which PF/C’s have been playing well and will most likely be in the next big group of rankings. We will put them in tiers for now.
These are not official rankings as many things will still be sorted out.
Tier-1
1. Osasere Ighodaro 6’9 (Desert Vista) One of the top rising prospects in the entire country. Big time shot blocker and can handle, pass and shoot it.
2. Shon Robinson 6’9 (Eduprize) Big time shooter and athletic.
3. Fallou Diagne 6’11 (Tri-City) Another shooter with PRO size and skilled.
Tier-2
4. Jason Harris 6’8 (Higley) Strong inside/out threat who also is a football star.
5. Andre Harris 6’7 (Hillcrest Prep) One of the strongest forwards and a great passer.
6. DeAndre Henry 6’7 (PHH Prep) Another strong forward improving quickly.
Tier-3
7. Hunter Ruck 6’9 (Rancho Solano Prep) Strong bodied high level rebounder and athletic.
8. TJ Green 6’5 (Carl Hayden) End to end track speed can score and defend in space.
9. Roy Eze 6’7 (PHH Prep) Strong post who rebounds well and is hard to move.
10. Anthony Garza 6’7 (Shadow Ridge) Bouncy inside/out high motored forward.
11. Tanner Poeschl 6’6 (Skyline) Long and agile face-up forward.
12. Griffin Lamb 6’8 (Gilbert) Long and tall 5-man should breakout his senior season.
13. Juhlawnei Stone 6’6 (Dobson) Strong post player who explodes off the ground.
Tier-4
14. Anthony Gilberto 6’7 (Paradise Valley) Highly skilled face-up 4-man.
15. Dyson Lighthall 6’7 (ALA-QC) Strong back to the basket and face-up to the 3pt line.
16. Kendly Watson 6’7 (Paradise Valley) Long face-up forward.
17. Case Parsons 6’6 (Scottsdale Basis) New kid on the block can score it from inside and out.
18. Basil Ribakare 6’6 (Brophy Prep) Long defensive post.
19. Tanner Mayer 6’5 (Sunrise Mountain) Strong face-up forward.
20. David Teibo 6’4 (Centennial) Athletic undersized forward with a high motor.
21. Demetrius Edwards 6’6 (Apollo) Strong inside/outside threat.

1. Curtis Nichols 6’4 (Valley Vista) Bouncy defensive forward.
2. Jaden Glass 6’5 (Agua Fria) Athletic face-up forward.
3. Nate Wold 6’5 (Perry) Bouncy forward with a good motor.
4. Ethan Jones 6’6 (Marana) Long post player.
5. Will Howell 6’5 (Payson) Strong post player.
