Daishen Nix 6’4 PG / Trinity International Schools – NV [Simply Fundamentals] 2020
He is a big point guard that can destroy you at every level (as seen in the picture). Has great floor IQ on both sides of the ball. He turned it on and off and controlled the dynamic of each game that he played. Great motor with great skill set. It’s easy to see why he is considered to be one of the best point guards in the nation. Has good bounce in his game. Flashy passes that threaded through the defense with ease. Great lateral movement with quick active hands. Very vocal on both ends of the floor. He currently hold multiple collegiate offers at the D1 level from Power 5 schools.
Marcus Williams 6’2 CG / Dickinson HS [Team Harden] 2020
Marcus is a crafty guard who plays great both on and off the ball. Can be utilized at either the lead or off ball guard. He has good bounce to his game and gets up to put defenders in the rim. Some say I’ve never seen him play like this, but I’ve been a fan since I first saw him last year. Yes, his stock is definitely on the rise. He is ambidextrous and will shoot with either hand at every level. Has solid offensive IQ. He is a prospect who will finish out his summer with a bang and have a monstrous senior year at his high school. College coaches are already on the prowl at the D1 level.
Bryce Griggs 6’2 PG / Fort Bend Hightower HS [Team Harden 16U] 2022
Griggs is a known scorer around the nation. He is starting to home-in on his skills as a point guard. With this added to his tool box will affect his overall game tremendously and put him on another level. Adding even more value as a prospect. He threw some flashy dimes in the games over the weekend. Controlled to flow of the game and got his teammates involved in the game by creating for them. He is still a bucket on the floor. He is looking to make the separation between him and others and keep that #1 ranking in Texas for the class of 2022. So know you will respect his offensive game a whole lot more.
Jemarcus Holt 6’5 WG / Fort Bend Dulles HS [Houston Raptors – Benjamin] 2020
Has been an efficient scorer for the Raptors lately. He kept that same energy going this past weekend. Over a 3 game skid he led the team with 13 points per game average. He is a good shooter from deep, and is quick enough to take his opponents from the wing. He is a lengthy wing with a good wingspan. Solid prospect overall and coaches need to keep an eye on this prospect.
Terry Anderson 6’6 CF / Deer Park HS [Houston Raptors – Benjamin] 2020
Terry Anderson is a stretch four that could play the small forward position if needed. He very rarely takes three point attempts but when he does they tend to fall at a high rate. Despite his frame he bangs down low and gives team that presence in the paint both offensively and defensively. Cleans up nice on the glass offensively. Finishes through contact down low also. Solid prospect with a good post game (high, low, and mid-range) His defensive effort is great and he can guard 2-4 positions on the floor. His defense and rebounding is what anchored his team to solid victories the entire weekend. Coaches keep an eye out on this prospect.
