Indiana Legends 2020
This Indiana Legends group has been one of the more fun teams to watch this Spring. High energy and high effort with quite a bit of talent on the roster. It’s a team that has a ton of high upside prospects that many haven’t seen a ton of yet and they have played very well to date.
Player Who Stood Out: Bailey Conrad – 6’7 PF 2020 – Christian Academy (IN)
Bailey has probably been one of the bright spots for the power forward position this Spring. He’s big and strong but sneaky athletic and he’s been dominant when we have watched. Such a tough matchup for other true forwards and he takes advantage of that quite a bit.
Player Who We Discovered: Jacob Brown – 6’7 PF 2020 – Connersville (IN)
We had seen Brown before but he’s been even better this Spring. Big and physical in the low post and much more of a true post scorer than the last time we saw him. He’s pretty quick for his size and that makes him tough to defend. Has quite a bit more room to grow.
Player Who Is Under-The-Radar: Jacob Johnson – 6’5 SF 2020 – Oldenburg Academy (IN)
Jacob is the guy to watch here. He’s played very well this Spring and he’s shown that he can really shoot the ball from deep and mid-range. He’s got a ton of upside and is starting to get to that next tier. If he does, he’s going to be one of the more coveted players in this class.
One More To Know: Gavin Yoon – 6’1 PG 2020 – Lawrenceburg (IN)
Gavin is a physically strong guard who can play on or off the ball and has shown more creation this Spring that we had seen in the past. He’s so tough and handles it well enough that matching up will be hard for other teams. Add in his shooting from 3 and you have a possible 3-and-D type guard at the next level.
