Prospects:
Michael Misner (6’6” / WF / Victory Elite): Misner brings solid length to the floor. A knockdown shooting ability paired with the ability to get to the hoop is a terrific duo. Can defend the wing, and holds his own. Was impressed with the six-foot-six forward.
Terrell Kabala (6’1 / PG 2020 / Victory Elite): Probably, the toughest guard I watched this weekend. Kabala is stronger then most who guard him, and uses that to his advantage. Used athleticism and a good handle to get to the rack. Competes hard all the time.
Yaya Keita (6’9” / PF-C / Gateway Basketball): Was able to catch a couple games of Yaya’s this weekend, and he just dominates at times. A lob threat, that does work on the block. Second chance opportunities happen often for Keita, who battles on the boards. Impressive weekend.
Jamari Ward (PG / 2021 / Team RWA): Ward runs the offense with great poise. Changes speeds well, that keeps the defense on its heels. Quickness on the blow by, Ward is a tough guard. Pressures the ball well, also active hands on defense.
Breven McMullen (6’6” / WG 2020 / Gateway Basketball): Breven has the ability to flat out score it. A sweet stroke from deep, where he can catch fire. Has the ability to score points in little time as well. Also, has the ability to play above the rim. Well rounded on offense.
