Players Available:
Eli Reynolds– Is one of the more underappreciated guards in the Class of 2019 out of Cottonwood High School. He was recently on a visit at SWOCC and him teaming up with Terryn Mosely and Jael Vaughn could be a fun uptempo team to watch. The 6’4 G can play with the ball in his hands as well as off the ball. Look for him to make a decision shortly.
Alec Duffin– The Northridge High School senior put up 17 points per game and at 6’4 he is a big guard that can make a difference in the NWAC.
Lino Saez– The 6’7 F out of Layton Christian High School has high IQ and passes the ball well. The biggest knock on Lino is his athletic ability and the fact that most schools at this point don’t have a lot to offer money wise and as an International player he is definitely limited when it comes to options. He is a seasoned player that can stretch the floor and make those around him better.
Offers, Recent Signees & Commitments
Cole Lake- The 5’11 G was a pleasant surprise for Kearns High School as he moved from Idaho to Utah. He put up some great numbers as he averaged 14 points per game and 5 assist per game as well. Cole was recently offered by Highline College, Montana Western. Cole is a small college prospect that will need to prove himself once again at the next level.
Marcus Sherwood– The 6’6 F from Providence Hall (3A) has committed to Umpqua CC but will depart on a 2 year church mission before he starts his basketball career. The 6’6 F is skilled but will need to bulk up to compete at the next level.
Matt Norman– The 6’4 SG from Timpanogos High School was one of the better unsigned seniors left but he has committed to play at Snow College. As a qualifier it was surprising to not see him go D2 or NAIA but he will have a good springboard at a great basketball tradition like Snow College.
Austin White– The 6’1 G out of Westlake High School is one of those under the radar talents that will be attending Spokane CC. Austin did a little bit of everything for his high school team. We are excited to see what he can do at the next level.
