He has size and length on the perimeter along with the ability to really shoot it from three. Lee has also improved as a defender checking multiple positions and gotten better as a driver when teams take away his shot.
Lee spoke with PHI about his season this past year at Joliet West where he started to take on a bigger role as a key player for a young squad.
“It went good playing again on varsity as a sophomore. I think I shot the ball well. Looked for the open guys, defended, and rebounded.”
He has always been a great shooter, but it seems like over the last year his game has continued to evolve and mature.
“I have been working out and getting my legs right so I can be able to do more for the team instead of just shooting the ball by rebounding and attacking the basket.”
This spring he is running with the Illinois T-Wolves 16U. How is it going so far on the Prep Hoops Circuit?
“It is going good. We have to tune up some things and getting better communication on D.”
Lee checks in as the #14 overall 2021 prospect in a strong class of shooting guards.
