When big’s are scarce in the state projecting players that have height that might make an impact is important. The Class of 2020 has a player hidden at Hunter High School who will need to have a big year for Hunter to be successful. 

Chase Wagstaff stands at 6’8 and towers over all of his teammates at Hunter High School. He is not your prototypical back to the basket big he works the short corner and sets high screens to pick and pop. Chase has a nice shot. We were able to watch him play in a Spring game and he can shoot the 3-ball with some consistency. 

With his current head coach moving over to be the AD at Jordan High School development with the next staff will be important. Chase has a nice shot and if he can work
