He can shoot some and move well in open space. He handles is some and plays aggressive. Avila has a very soft touch for his position and can tip away passes on the defensive side as well. He has good vision and looks to pass on the high post or wing.
21-Dylan Broughman, 6’7, 2020, Park Hill South, Mokan 2020
A smart forward who plays above the rim and looks to block shots and dominate the defensive boards. He’s traditional on the offensive end, a player who extends the block but can still turn and shoot and connect. He cleans up plays in transition and can tip pass to another big on the opposite side of the paint for an easy two points.
11-Kolton Griffin, 6’4, 2020, St Joseph Lafayette, YOBO
A dominant player who much bigger than his listed height as he combines tremendous athleticism and in game strength. He wills his way inside and can rebound over top of the competition. He plays great high post defense and looks back door on offense. He has a good head on his shoulders and mixes it up with and without the ball in his hands.
0-Grant Stubbs, 6’5, 2020, Liberty, Mokan 2020
A tough defender who earns his stripes by playing hard and rebounding on both ends of the floor. He has a strong body and looks to use his shoulder and arms to make contact and give him an advantage when the ball goes up. He doesn’t play dirty, just extremely physical and uses everything he has to secure a rebound and finish a play.
