Von Steuben 2020 combo forward Ola Ajiboye is one of the higher upside prospects we have seen on the 16U level of the PrepHoops Circuit.  Long and rangy forward with projectability and room to grow strength wise as well as vertically.  His ability as a face up player is what truly separates him as he drills mid-range jumpers and threes with ease.  Runs the floor well.  Snatches rebounds and protects the rim.  Lot of upside here!

Ajiboye discussed his sophomore season at Von Steuben.

“I feel like as young players we didn’t connect together and have chemistry.  I feel like next year we are going to be way better together.  Coach Williams is working on it.”

He talked with PHI about the growth in his game since he broke out last fall at Pangos Camp.

“I feel like since Pangos camp I got on the map and I continue to look to improve.  I have improved my shot and getting to the basket.  Little bit of finishing and rebounding.”
