Some top end teams joined the circuit this week leading to top players.
Here are some more of the top rising seniors at the event:
Brandon Whitney PG 6’1 Alemany HS (BTI Elite 2020)
-Huge fan of the rising senior pure PG. He has plus athleticism, thinks the game and can make others better while scoring enough for his team to win. He was the breakout player at this event.
Kyree Walker SG 6’5 Hillcrest Prep (Dream Vision 17)
-Thick player who is a great passer. Good burst to get into the paint and finishes through contact. Can pull-up from deep off dribble. Slowly wears down his defenders throughout the game. Plays passing lanes well and good in open court. Needs to stay focused more on defense and continue to add more skill to his repertoire but gets downhill about as well as anyone in the class.
Dominic Harris CG 6’3 Rancho Christian HS (Dream Vision 17)
-Gonzaga commit had an incredible weekend. He is a big time scorer but also a better passer than he gets credited for. He has great body control and uses the floater well. He is surprisingly athletic and seems to get off the ground effortlessly.
Cross Granger CG 6’1 Santiago HS (OC Rain Craig 17)
-Lefty 3pt shooter. Long and skinny can get downhill with a nice handle. Slithers into the lane and scores it with his left hand. Needs to thicken up and get stronger plus work on right hand.
Emmanuel Seddoh SF/F 6’5 Sunny Hills HS (OC Rain Craig 17)
-Catch and shoot 3pt shooter with a thicker body. Can be a physical driver into the lane and score it through contact. Can post his man up using his tighter handle, strength and skill. Fights defensively inside versus bigger players to rebound and block shots. Has a floater game that is consistent.
Neil Owens PG 6’0 2019 will prep at Phillips Exeter (BTI Select 2020)
-Good strong framed shooting lead guard. Consistent 3pt shooter off the catch. Can carve out space and get into the lane. Good passer who can get a little shot happy at times.
