For us, we are looking at those top players from Indiana. Today, we are detailing the top players that on ready to breakout. Here are the best we saw at Havoc in the Heartland.
Blake Barker – 6’1 PG 2021 – Columbus North (IN) – Grind Premier 2021
Blake is a guy that has been on our radar for a while and continues to show just how good he is going to end up being. Shooting is really solid, although the release is odd. He’s continually putting up points but balancing it out when he needs to to be a distributor. His flexibility with his skill set shows the high IQ. Should be highly coveted locally next year.
Clayton Bubash – 6’5 SF 2021 – Munster (IN) – Indiana Game 2021
Clayton is a guy we have seen enough of that you can see just how talented and projectable he is. With his older brother having success at IWU, he should understand the level he needs to play at. The shooting is carrying him right now but the body should allow his development to really take off.
Travis Grayson – 5’10 PG 2022 – Chesterton (IN) – Indiana Game 2022
Grayson made his name this past high school season getting a ton of time for Chesterton. Now, he’s going to be looked at to score more and he’s showing he can do that this summer. His breakout ability could come as early as this winter.
Bailey Conrad – 6’7 PF 2020 – Christian Academy (IN) – Indiana Legends 2020
College coaches are going to come calling quite a bit for Conrad who has shown that he has that perfect combination of size and speed. He’s big and physical but still can get up and down the floor and finish above the rim when he needs to. That and the motor are going to make him rise up boards.
Jordan Gadis – 6’1 PG 2020 – Noblesville (IN) – Indiana Elite All-In 2020
Jordan has continued to show just how capable of an on-ball guard he can be. Building up his stock this spring as a scorer with some size and strength. With a lack of quality depth at lead guards, he’s adding another quality name to the list.
