BTO Elite 15u put together another impressive performance at the Moneyball Shootout on May 11th and 12th. They had an undefeated weekend, finishing with a 6-0 record and a 15u Moneyball Shootout championship.
BTO Elite 15u were led by their impressive play on the perimeter. They had guards like Scott Sims (Kalamazoo Central) and Tony Williams (Parchment) that facilitated for teammates. They also had athletes like Trucel Singleton (Benton Harbor) that were able to create their own looks at the basket. BTO Elite 15u was able to score in bunches, averaging 66.8 points per game at the Moneyball Shootout. On the other end, they forced turnovers and held opponents to only 48 points per game.

Trucel Singleton– “Benton Harbor High School 6’1 guard averaged 18 points and 4 steals a game. He gets wherever he wants to on the floor and he’s a 3 level scorer.” – Coach Moore
Grant Pikkaart – “6’3- Portage Central High School causes a lot of mismatch problems. He averaged over 15 ppg and showed inside and outside game. A slasher who can knock down shots also.”

Scott Sims “5’10 and Tony Williams 5’10 – “Kalamazoo Central and Parchment High School respectively. They controlled the tempo all weekend averaging over 20 points 14 assists a game combined. Two pass first point guards who know when to get others involved and take over and score.”

Tray Farris – “6’3 point guard averaged 13 points and 6 rebounds. Tray is beginning to find his motor and playing at a higher level every game he steps on the court. Uses his athleticism and strength to get whatever he wants on the court.”
