SG Jordan Toles (Team Thrill – 2020)
Toles is one of the top football recruits in the country. His future is probably there at the next level, but he would definitely be a D1 hoops recruit as well. Big time athlete with speed in the open floor and can hit pull ups.
PF Jamal West Jr (Team Thrill – 2020)
West is an undersized 6’6” four man that does his damage getting on the offensive glass. He had quite a few put backs in the game we saw along with hitting a right handed hook shot.
C Tariq Balogun (Team Thrill – 2019)
This unsigned senior post presents size at 6’10”. Long and lanky five man that has rim protecting potential and can finish with force.
SF Jarace Walker (Team Thrill – 2022)
Walker was one of the younger prospects at the event. There has been a lot of hype around this freshman 6’7” small forward. He has a great body with strength and athleticism. A lot of upside here with his ability to score at multiple levels as he showed in the game we watched hitting a three, mid-range jumper, and breaking his opponents off the bounce on drives.
SG Emmanuel Obaseki (Mudiay Elite – 2021)
Obaseki had a strong showing to close the night on Saturday. This 6’3” 2021 prospect is an angular wing that likes to score in the lane off the bounce. Takes good angles slithering through defenders for buckets. Such a good layup maker! Bright future for this wing as he scored 21 points in a win.
SG Zaakir Sawyer (Mudiay Elite – 2020)
Sawyer is another wing that showed out for the Texas squad. He also is an attack downhill guard that was powerful through contact converting multiple and-1s. Also rebounded well on both ends of the floor. 14 points.
C Darrius Miles (Mudiay Elite – 2020)
Miles stands at a legit 6’11” with a huge body. He is a strong player garnering deep post positions. He runs the floor well for his size. Area rebounder.
SF Anjay Cortez (Team Charlotte – 2020)
Cortez is a 6’7” lengthy forward that has a projectable body and game. Plus athlete that finished on a flash inside and got on the glass for a tip in.
SG Joshua Wiggins (Team Charlotte – 2021)
Wiggins is a big two guard at 6’4” that played well in the transition game getting out for dunks. He also was active on the defensive end.
SG Daniel Ransom (Team Charlotte – 2020)
Ransom is a two guard with strength. Tough kid that finishes well on the interior attacking off the bounce. Also a solid rebounder for a wing.
PF Tadhg Crowley (NY Gauchos – 2020)
This 6’9” post high pointed rebounds in traffic consistently on both ends of the floor in the game we saw. Most of his points came on put backs.
PG Jhamir Brickus (We R1 – 2020)
Brickus is a point guard with a small and stocky build. Excelled getting out in transition for scores. Flashed a nice passing feel as well.
PG Michael Saunders (G3 Grind – 2020)
Saunders is the go to player for G3 Grind. The lead guard is a guard that can go coast to coast with his speed. Such a great burst blowing by defenders in the open floor. Struggled shooting it from deep.
PF Anthony Neal (G3 Grind – 2020)
This 6’7” post has broad shoulders and a strong frame. We came away very impressed with how well he can rebound the basketball. Rebounds well in and out of his area.
G Lium Lloyd (Washington Supreme – 2020)
Lloyd put on a scoring show against Team Felton! The scoring combo guard is a plus shooter from three with a quick release. Also has a good feel for the game as a passer making a couple nice dishes in the half court.
C Jackson Grant (Washington Supreme – 2021)
Grant has a very bright future. Legit size for a high-major five man with broad shoulders and mobility to match. The 2021 post was very active especially on the offensive glass crashing for multiple put backs. Offensively he displayed sound fundamentals in the post, has the ability to stretch the floor with his shooting, and rebounded well in his area.
