***We can’t find rosters for half the teams so we went with only the teams that have a roster available.
Comets DLR – Austin Wetter (Monticello). Austin was one of the most versatile players I saw this winter and definitely a guy that grabbed my attention as “a guy that could earn a scholarship this 17u year”. Wetter is a 6-foot-5 guard that led his team to state scoring 18 a game.
Comets Elite – Noah Puetz (Marshall). Puetz had a strong year for Marshall playing both forward spots and leading the team in scoring an don the glass. How Puetz plays vs the Comets schedule will be something to watch close.
Comets Elite – Calvin Sisk (Rockford). Sisk is a seven footer that emerged this year for the first time. What kind of potential can Sisk show at the 17U level? Eyes will be watching.

Fury Zurn – Brady Williams (Dover-Eyota). Last time I saw Brady he was a much improved skill player both shooting and handling plus ever the athlete. Where is his game at now? Looking forward to seeing.
SommerMentality – James Sommer (Cristo Rey Jesuit). James scored 24 points a game this year while also rebounding at a 8-9 a game clip for a 20 plus per game winner. What will Sommer do as a 17u talent? Something to watch close.
Minnesota Heat Presbi – Walker Johnson (BSM). Johnson was the perimeter shooter for BSM this year and will provide the same type of scoring production for Heat Pres.
Minnesota Heat Vang – Josh Brown (Park Center). Josh was the Park Center shooter off the bench this year scoring seven points a game and giving the team a big lift stretching the defense.
Minnesota Heat West – Agwa Nywesh (Austin). Nywesh is a transition, slashing scorer that put together a 17 point per game season for a top five team that went to state. A guard that scored on more than 50 percent of his attempts.
Minnesota Lightning Hinrichs – Riley Olson (Leroy-Ostrander). Riley is a 6-foot-3 forward that scored 16 points a game as a junior over the winter.
Minnesota Lightning Schwartzhoff – Luke Schwartzhoff (LaCrescent). The 6-foot-7 lefty can face the basket and score plus finish over contesting defenders. Scored 16-17 a game this year.
Minnesota Matrix – Jacob Jennissen (Sauk Centre). Jennissen led his team in scoring this year and flashed the type of potential that will have him in the top 15 in the state prospect wise at 6-foot-10. A great 17u season could push the ceiling even higher.
Minnesota Rise – Wyatt Olson (St. Peter). Olson averaged a double-double of 18 points and 12 boards a game this season taking St. Peter into the top ten and to the state tournament shooting 57 percent from the field. Looking forward to seeing how his skills progressed.

Pentagon Schoolers Robey – Zach Witte (Sioux Falls Christian). The Schoolers always have a surplus of 6-7/6-8 guys and this year is no different. Witte had a nice March run and now he joins Bergan, Kirsch, and Terhark up front.
Select Cave – Tyree Ihenacho (Prior Lake). Tyree is now healthy and ready to be an explosive wing. Tyree had a great winter but now could be a guy that takes the next step.
Select Koch – Danny McGraw (CDH). We saw some good potential from McGraw at 16u and look forward to see how he progressed with the CDH JV and deep varsity time from this season.
