Camden Smithburg 2021 Colorado Titans Gold wing
- Scorer
- Floor general
- Off-ball defender
Camden Smithburg played hero for Colorado Titans as he notched 20 points in a sizable rout Saturday morning. Smithburg has the ability to create his own shot from the perimeter or shoot the ball from the catch. He can drive to score the basketball as well, which proved to be highly valuable for his team in the Platinum Bracket. Defensively, his greatest weapon is his speed as he can meet the pass and tally up steals to turn defense into offense.
Dalante Shannon 2021 Team Buddy Buckets (OK) guard
- Scoring guard
- Athletic
- Finisher
Dalante Shannon can have a big fingerprint on the game in terms of scoring. Namely, Shannon is an elite finisher at the rim who is well-practiced with both hands. His misdirection moves are some of the best at this level as he can maneuver through traffic and finish high above defenders.
Keegan Phillips 2021 Boykins Basketball Academy forward
- Scorer
- Playmaker
- Rebounder
Keegan Phillips is as talented as they come as he showcased in a 22-point scoring performance early Saturday morning in a 90-75 win. Keegan can score out of the post, but is also a threat to knock down the deep ball from the catch, which spread the floor for Boykins and allowed his teammates to find more plays on the backdoor cut, off-ball up-screen, etc. He also rebounded the ball well in the win by terminating possessions early for the adversary.
Sean Pedulla 2021 Team Buddy Buckets (OK) point guard (pictured above)
- Shooter
- Off-ball defender
- Floor general
Sean Pedulla has been known to command a defense’s attention early in the game, and his performance on Saturday morning was no exception. Pedulla has one of the most consistent shots I have seen at this level and set a precedent early on Saturday morning that he can hit the 3-ball even with the slightest of separation. Furthermore, the TBB staff has entrusted Pedulla with an extensive leadership role as the sophomore takes charge on both ends of the floor vocally and as a court general.
