The 6’6” junior has nice size and skill set to play at the next level. Was uber smooth taking it to the cup off the bounce where he displayed the ability to finish through contact.
Where has he seen the most growth in his game heading into the spring?
“My jump shot has come a long way. I have been in the gym a lot getting a lot of shots up.”
He discussed the first weekend with Oklahoma PWP against UAA competition.
“We are trying to gel. We have a couple new pieces to the team and lost a couple people. We are trying to gel together and play really well.”
What is going on with recruiting?
“I have been having a lot of coaches hitting me up before the Under Armour circuit saying they will be out to watch me when they can. I have been hearing from Texas, Tennessee, since Musselman got hired I have been hearing from Arkansas.”
He holds a handful of offers heading into the live period.
“Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Tulane, Tulsa, Houston, and Nevada.”
Holman tells PrepHoops he will be visiting and SEC program this week.
“I will be taking one after the first UAA session to Ole Miss.”
What does he like about the Rebels?
“Ole Miss keeps in touch a lot. They like me a lot and want me to come and help change the program.”
He told us what will be important in a school for him.
“The coaching staff. Accepting me as a player and teaching me how to be a man on and off the court.”
