Griffin is not a traditional “big” but plays the role well for KC Team Yobo. A strong, athletic player, Griffin is an undersized forward who likes to mix it up in the paint at both ends of the floor. Ott was a match-up nightmare when he got in the game for most opponents in the Jayhawk as few teams had an answer for the 6’10 post player on the block. Ott likes to post up and uses a jump hook with either hand to score over opponents. He got several easy chances off offensive rebounds as well as scored easy points in the lane.
34 — Carson Parker, 6’7, PF/C, 2020, Montgomery County, Missouri Elite
Parker is a strong big man who likes to post up and score on the block. He showed a willingness to work hard in the post for position and took advantage of scoring opportunities. Parker can also face up and shoot from the outside a little and shows good hands, hauling in tough passes in the lane.
