April is always one of the best months of the year for high school hoops. It's the start of a busy grassroots season, and the tail end of the seniors' high school careers. As a result, there's a lot of offers that roll in for the younger guys, and there tends to be a high volume of late commitments that roll in from the recent grads. Here's a master list of all the action that went down in April.
