Team Outlook: Team KC has a talented and well-balanced unit that plays hard and plays well together at both ends of the court. Some of the team’s standouts include:
Tayven Glasgow: A thick-bodied point guard who is a walking, talking set of fundamentals who plays the game the right way. He is physically strong who can get to the basket or knock down jumpers. He is very good at setting up teammates with his passing and ability to get them in the right position.
Mark Cann: The all-state performer from Raytown South is a versatile combo forward who can cause matchup problems. He was pretty strong on the drive and he could step out and knock down 3-pointers off the catch. He is a good athlete who handles the rock well and plays with activity.
Kolby Franklin: A smooth combo guard who had the ability to score in a variety of ways. He was very good at getting to the basket, whether it was in the half court offense and especially the transition game. He also knocked down enough 3-pointers to keep defenders honest.
Elisha Haynes: The athletic wing plays the game with a high motor and was very impressed with his activity as well as his athleticism. He attacked the offensive boards well and he had a number of dunks in transition.
