With the 2018-19 season over and commitments coming fast and furious for the last month or so, the time has come for the final 2019 Class Rankings. Here's a look at the Top Ten in 2019:

Top 5:

  • David Johnson, Trinity - Johnson is an elite talent in the last decade of our state. If he chose to be a more selfish player, he could post gaudy numbers. David has the size and athleticism to play in the NBA one day and should be expected to compete for playing time at Louisville next season, possibly even start.
  • Dontaie Allen, Pendleton County - More like a 1A in the class than a number two, Dontaie missed out on a possibly legendary season when he suffered a torn ACL in December. Allen still won Mr. Basketball and should be expected to compete for playing time at Kentucky next season if his rehab stays on schedule. 
  • Dekeyvan Tandy, University Heights Academy - KyKy is an elite offensive player whose ability to score likely gets him on the floor at Xavier next season. If Tandy will put the same effort in on the defensive end as he does on offense, he can be a
