Wings / Forwards:
• TJ Pugh (6’5” / WF 2021 / Shelby / Extreme Heat): TJ did his usual damage inside, and flashed an outside shooting game. Pugh was an all-around threat, with some nice dishes to cutting teammates. There wasn’t really a player that could completely slow down the sophomore, when he was on his game this weekend.
• Blake Miller (6’6” / PF 2020 / Northmor HS / Mid Ohio Magic): Blake Miller is a 6’6 Big that plays old school. Good post game and active around glass, finishes well and can hit his free throws. Polished inside game, terror around the basket. 3.0 GPA
• Ayden Rich (6’2” / WG 2021 / Marion Harding / Extreme Heat): Rich is the glue guy on just about any team he plays for. Athleticism and bounce allow him to guard multiple positions successfully. Taking pride in defense, Ayden racks up the steals, blocks and deflections. Won’t blow you away on offense, but when he does it’s usually off an inside cut. If the sophomore can add some off the bounce game, he will be a complete two-way threat.
• Jahki Henderson (6’5” / PF 2021 / Marion Harding / Extreme Heat): Was very impressed with the big man, and his inside presence. Henderson blocks and deters shots at a solid rate, and sticks with the play. Fights on the boards for multiple extra chances, where he is often successful. A lot of his buckets come from the screen in roll, which he is a force. The sophomore even showed the ability to flare off for a three, that was nothing but nylon. A player with some upside.
• DJ Skinner (6’4” / F 2021 / Covington Catholic HS / Kentucky Select): The sophomore is a scoring threat inside, where he finishes tough through contact. Also, a good IQ, making the right play when to go up with it, or move the ball. Very tough prospect.
• Zach Jennings (6’5” / F 2020 / Cooper HS / Kentucky Select): Smart kid, with a good IQ on the floor. Makes the right plays and can distribute from inside or out. Makes his teammates better often times.
