With the live period starting this weekend, Look for several players to pick up offers. The the scheduling change to the NCAA recruiting calendar will make this opening period a crazy one.
Jayden Stone (Team Carroll)- The top 50 talent has picked up offers from Alabama and Oregon recently. The talented 6’3 combo guard boasts offers from teams all across the country. Stone has the ability to play on/off the ball and is a way better athlete than people give him credit for.
Austin Harvell (Alabama Fusion)- The 6’6-6’7 wing prospect will be visited by Alabama Head Coach, Nate Oats. Harvell is a unique prospect with length, athleticism, and the ability to play multiple spots on the floor.
Rongie Gordon (ATL Xpress)- Ole Miss and Texas A&M have recently offered the 6’8 forward. Gordon has improved his body and shown how versatile he is early on this AAU season. Look for Gordon to pick up more offers over the weekend.
Colby Jones (Alabama Fusion)- Jones recently took an official visit to Yale. Jones is a skilled 6’4-6’5 shooting guard who can score at all 3 levels. Jones is coming off one of his best AAU weekends. Look for Colby to be a hot name this weekend.
Kisean Johnson (Alabama Fusion)- Johnson picked up an offer recently from Alabama A&M. The Bulldogs have started recruiting in-state very hard. Johnson is a 6′-6’1 point guard who is a solid athlete. He has the chops to defend bigger guards.
Chance Beard (Birmingham Thunder)- Beard is a high motor 2 way forward. He has good size at 6’5 and shows off his athleticism every game. Colgate and other high academic programs have Beard on the their board.
BJ Comer (Team RSK)- Recently elected to reclassify to 2020. Comer was receiving late interest from Furman, Gardner Webb, and Stetson. BJ is an athletic scoring point guard. At 6’2-6’3 he has really good positional size.
