Thoughts: Passing is one of the more underrated skills you will find. But, it impacts the flow and efficiency of the game so coaches coveted it and it isn’t just beholden to guards. For this class, we actually have a couple elite passers.
The top two guys are Carson Barrett and Simon Scherry. Both are similar in that they see the floor better than others, have the creativeness to make the plays and pull them off consistently. Coaches are just now diving into these two but that is the early feedback from them.
Other players that standout here are Michael Saunders Jr. and Jacob Jones. These two smaller lead guards play the same way with pace and speed but with talent around them, they will really make plays happen. Also look at guys like Hayden Jones, Max Gizzi, and Alex Szilagyi as under-the-radar talents that are higher level with their passing.
