Faith Family comes off the jump ball with a quick bucket. Liberty Hill then goes on a 6 point run. The first quarter ends with traded buckets by both teams. The Runnin’ Panthers continued their offensive onslaught into the second quarter. They held the Eagles to only one three points in the second quarter. The Eagles start to make a run for the lead in the third. Strong play by freshman Walsh helps them to edge closer. Faith Family takes the lead. The Eagles get a tough bucket by freshman Trae Clayton. Giving them the lead as he capitalizes on the plus one 45-43. Faith Family went on a 12-0 run in the fourth. Liberty Hill still hanging in the game capitalizing at the right times with big buckets. With the game, all knotted up. The Eagles have the ball in the final seconds. Before the buzzer sounds an alley-oop was thrown to freshman Jordan Walsh who throws down a thunderous two-handed flush to win the game for Faith Family.

Trae Clayton 6’4 SF / Faith Family / 2022 PHTX25
High volume scorer in the paint. Attacks the lane aggressively from the wing. Hit some big-time shots, and had a game-altering layup. Played solid on-ball defense. Was able to alter shots and had active hands. He will be a prospect to keep an eye on as he develops over these next 3 years. Finished with 15 points, 5 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks in the game. Shot 6/12-FG, 0/1-3FG, and 3/3-FT. He was awarded MVP for 2A.
Jordan Walsh 6’7 SF / Faith Family / 2022 PHTX25
Came to play in the second half of the game. Plays overly aggressive at times which leads to foul trouble. Finishes well at the rim. Plays above the rim. Has a nice handle on the ball. He is a defensive anchor for his team. Alters a lot of shots and has a long wingspan. He has a lot of upsides. Will be interesting to see how he progresses over the years. Finished with 10 points and 1 blocked shot for the game. He shot 4/7-FG, 0/1-3FG, and 2/2-FT.
Kaleb Bannon 5’11 WG / Liberty Hill / 2020
Stocky build and looks like a linebacker. He hit a lot of big shots in the game. Has a quick release on his jumper. Utilizes his size well on both sides of the ball. Was able to draw multiple defenders to get his teammates involved. Finished with 13 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals. Shot 5/9-FG and 3/6-3FG.
Jareck Naylor 6’0 SG / Liberty Hill / 2019
Has a high release point on his ball. He nailed a pair of corner trey balls. Moved around the court well without the ball. Has good offensive IQ also and was able to thread the needle on multiple passes. Boxes out on every shot attempted. Finished the game with 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. He shot 3/6-FG, 2/2-3FG, and 4/5-FT.
