One of the best players in the state regardless of classification is 6’7 Dyson Koehler who lead Jordan High School to the title game, will return. He averaged 23 points per game and is a legit Division 1 prospect.. The thing that is most impressive about Dyson is his ability to score at all levels with defenders on him. He has no fear on both ends of the court.
Here are a few more players that are underclassmen that can score. They’re in no particular order.
6’6 2021 F Parker Buchanan of Box Elder– Parker is putting up great numbers as he is scoring 18 points per game. He should be a double double machine next year.
6’5 2020 F Trevon Snoody of Skyridge– We noticed how good Skyridge looked when he was healthy. Trevon can run the floor which make shim a tough cover for slower players his size. He has an array of moves to go along with his motor. Look for him to have a great summer.
6’6 2020 W/F Tyler Roberts of Woods Cross– Tyler started the yer off great as teams adjusted to his style of play he experienced a learning curve. He is a small school prospect that will only get better with time. He has a great outside shot that helps him spread the floor.
6’6 G 2020 Andre Mulibea of East– With a great season under his belt Andre was able to help his team make a late season push. Averaging 19 points per game he is the type of player that does a little bit of everything for his team.
6’1 G 2020 Will Harris of Wasatch– Is a fun player to watch as he is always in attack mode. Will scored in double figures in all but 3 games this year. He had a career high 39 points as well. Look for him to keep getting better.
6’3 G 2020 Cameron Chism of Bountiful– Cameron can shoot the ball but he can also find ways to score. He can light it up from deep as he could go off for 6 three’s on any given night.
6’3 G 2021 Duncan Reid of Skyridge– Duncan has an opportunity next year to help take his team far as he can score. He moves well off of picks and he doesn’t need the ball in his hands to score.
6’5 F 2021 Robert Whaley of Bountiful– Boi Boi is a unique prospect because of his size. He is nice inside, if he could master the mid-range he could be dangerous.
