1. Majok Deng (Salpointe 2019)
Majok Deng is one of the best forward prospects in AZ. He had another terrific season, leading Salpointe back to the state semifinals and a rematch against Shadow Mountain. While they came up short in the end, Deng had a great season once again showing how effectively he can score the ball.
2. Otis Frazier (Buckeye 2019)
Otis Frazier has really improved his game, primarily offensively speaking. One thing that I thought he would have to improve if he wanted to be effective at the D1 level was improve his shooting ability. Frazier has definitely done that this season and the hard work is evident by his almost video game like numbers this season.
3. Shaun Wahlstrom (Estrella Foothills 2019)
Speaking of video game like numbers, look no further than Shaun Wahlstrom! Shaun up some insane numbers, finishing second in scoring within the conference. Shaun’s stat line reads: 22 points per game, 12.7 rebounds per game, 2.5 assists per game, 1.5 steals per game, and 1.7 blocks per game this season.
4. Brandon Savage (Deer Valley 2019) & 5. Jaret Allen (Deer Valley 2019)
Deer Valley was fortunate enough to have some pretty lengthy and athletic wings on their squad this season. Both Savage and Allen are incredibly long and are big time threats scoring at the basket. While I was unable to find any official statistics on either of these guys, I would assume they had some pretty solid stat lines as well. However, stats are not everything and what these two did for Deer Valley this season was more than enough to land them on this list.
