1. Colin Carey SF 6’6″ Sunrise Mountain
Carey grew around two inches in the last year and has become way more athletic. He will go from off the top-50 to fall somewhere in the top-20. He can shoot it from mid to the three point line plus can rip through and get to the rim. He rebounds well in his area and can make plays for others. He surprises defenders to how quickly he gets off the ground to dunk the ball and he has a high upside.
Congratulations to Sophomore Forward Colin Carey who was voted onto the 5A North West

2. Trenton McLaughlin SG 6’3″ Basha
McLaughlin has turned into one of the best shooters in his class and actually picked up an offer from Northern Arizona. He is best off the catch and good at the one-dribble pull-up. He grew a couple of inches, which helped his game and plays the game with a high IQ.
Congrats to our 2021 6'3 SG @tmclaughlin2421 as he picks up his first D1 offer from @NAUBasketball
Highly skilled player but most importantly a great student and high character kid. pic.twitter.com/xZtocvslwp— USAZ Basketball Club (@USAZ_Basketball) January 19, 2019
3. Carson Kelly PG 5’9″ Chandler
Kelly is lightning quick pure PG. He sees plays before they happen and can score it. He is a polished pull-up off the dribble and an overall consistent shooter. He has nice speed in the open court and has next level traits.
4. Zeroue Williams PF/C 6’6″ Mountain Pointe
Williams is a load to deal with down low. He played minutes on JV and was moved up to varsity. He uses his length and quickness to defend the paint and rebound plus block shots. He does need to keep developing his overall offensive game but he’s off to a good start with a couple post moves.
5. Christian Tucker PG 6’0″ Perry
Tucker shined in the playoffs. He made strides each week with more and more playing time and actually started in the second half of the Final-4 versus Pinnacle. He has good size with great quickness. He can score it by turning the corner on his defender and laying it in or shoot it from deep. He is very quick on the ball defensively and look for him to lead the Pumas next year.
6. Moses Demalek PF 6’5″ Paradise Valley
Demalek quietly had a great year for the Trojans. He has a non-stop motor with good length. He seems to grab any rebound near him and gets many 50/50 balls. He is mostly a paint scorer but with his activity on the glass, he gets to the FT line at a good rate and scores it there. If he could extend his range out, he may be a true sleeper.
7. Zayn Kimbrough PG 6’2″ Mesa
Kimbrough is a thick lead guard. He can hit the open 3pt shot plus loves to go downhill. He can score it through contact and carve his way into the heart of the defense and make plays. He also is a physical defender and seems to keep growing an inch every year.
