The first quarter was back and forth. It was a very scrappy game. A lot of fouls were called in the quarter. Steele is getting a lot of uncontested looks from the mid-range. They went on a 9-0 run to start the second quarter. Steele is playing with high energy with there foot all the way on the gas. Steele is really quick and physical. Defensive intensity picked up for both teams in the third quarter. Buckets were hard to come by for both teams. Klein Forest goes on a 15 point run to end the third quarter. See-saw battle in the fourth as both teams traded buckets. The game came down to a battle of the free-throws and a pair of turnovers by Knights allowed the Golden Eagles to seal the victory.

Langston Love 6’4 CG / Steele / 2021 PHTX50
He is a tough assignment for anyone to have on the court. He was able to get to the rim at will. Has a good frame with great speed. Quick off the bounce. He is able to get his teammates involved in the game. Has good lateral movement. Finished with 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assists. He shot 7/16-FG, 1/5-3FG, and 8/11-FT.
Kwabena Davis 6’3 SG / Steele / 2019 [Army – D1] PHTX200
He was able to score from the wing. Attacking the rim aggressively and finishing over bigger defenders. The West Point commit has great speed and was also able to speed up and slow down his opponent. Finished the game with 13 points and 4 rebounds. He shot 4/8-FG, 1/5-3FG, and 4/6-FT.
Kharee McDaniel 5’11 PG / Klein Forest / 2019 [Central Oklahoma -D2] PHTX200
Truly paced himself throughout the game. He was able to speed up and slow down his defender at will. He was a menace on the defensive end of the floor. Has great lateral movement. Played the passing lanes well. He got to the rim and also displayed his signature mid-range game. He finished with 21 points, 6 steals, 2 assist, and 2 rebounds. Shot 6/16-FG, 2/5-3FG, and 7/7-FT.
Calvin Solomon 6’6 SF / Klein Forest / 2019 PHTX200
Calvin displayed his ball-handling ability and his offensive awareness. He was able to get to the rim where he finished at a high rate. He got his teammates involved in the game as well. Long and athletic he causes havoc on the defensive end of the ball. Finished with 24 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assist, and 3 steals in the game. Shot 7/8-FG and 10/12-FT.
