The state tournament continues on as I write this and we march toward the quarterfinals tomorrow. While the season is winding down, there is plenty of news to report on outside of the Sweet 16. Here's all the latest news and notes from around the state:

New Offers:

  • George Rogers Clark F Brennan Canada was offered by D2 Glenville State. The 6'7 stretch 4 holds offers from Campbellsville and Kentucky Wesleyan also.
  • Asbury extended an offer to Logan County's Kelby Epley. Epley had a great Senior season for the Cougars.
  • Trimble County Junior Reece Webster was offered a roster spot by East West University. The Phantoms field an intramural team.
  • Mayfield Senior forward Carson Guthrie was offered a preferred walk-on spot at Tennessee-Martin. Guthrie is playing tonight in the Sweet 16.
  • Rodriguez Thomas of Paducah Tilghman was also offered a preferred walk-on spot at Tennessee-Martin.

Commitments:

  • Montgomery County guard Duce Ralls committed to Transylvania this week. He chose the Pioneers over Asbury.
  • Ashland forward Devaunte Robinson committed to Campbellsville on the eve of the Sweet 16. Robinson will be in action at Rupp Arena tomorrow in the Elite 8.
  • Murray High School's Will Lovins committed to Huntingdon College.
  • Brice Scott of Lexington
