Prep Hoops Wisconsin ranks the best tournament outings by division.

D1: There wasn’t an overwhelming bandwagon trailing Brookfield Central, who began the postseason as a two-seed and made the jump to the top-seed before state. But Cole Nau’s performance drew a crowd, as he scored 21 points, dished out six assists, and grabbed eight boards en route to a win over Neenah (in round one). Not to mention, his defensive efforts caused Neenah to shoot 17-51 from the field.
Honorable Mentions: David Joplin (Brookfield Central), Delaware Hale (Sun Prairie), Glenn Martin (West Allis Central)

D2: Nicolet’s Jalen Johnson drew his toughest test at the high school level in Milwaukee Washington. And prior to that game, there was a lot of talk about the talent gushing from the Washington roster, and that it may be too much for Johnson and Co. to handle. Yet, in the midst of the chatter, Johnson didn’t flinch. Johnson scored 37 points, showed the point guard side of his game through his passing, and caught an alley-oop dunk over five-star forward, Michael Foster. All of which came after Johnson engineered a double-double in the game before.
Honorable Mentions: Johnny Davis (La Crosse Central),
