Top players still available:
2019 6’10 SF Jaden McDaniels (Federal Way HS) – The number four player in Prep Hoops National Rankings has stated that he will wait until after the all-star games to make his college decision. He will reportedly participate in the Allen Iverson Roundball Classic, McDonald’s All American Game, BBB All American Game, and Jordan Brand Classic. UW, SDSU, Kentucky and Texas are still in the running.
2019 6’5 SG Jamon Kemp (Rainier Beach HS) – Jamon is one of the better players on the west coast that still remains unsigned at this point. Garnering multiple Division 1 offers, but no timeline has been given for a decision. WSU was in the running with his former Garfield High School coach, Ed Haskins, as an assistant for the Cougars, but the firing of Head Coach Ernie Kent has likely shaken things up a bit. Montana, USD and others are still hoping for his commitment.
2019 6’5 SF Stevie Smith (Rainier Beach HS) – Stevie is a hybrid player that can do a little bit of everything on the floor. He has a solid mid range pull up game and he has good length to be able to defend multiple positions on the floor. He has played for Seattle Rotary’s 17u EYBL team and came up through the Rainier Beach High School program, so he is well versed in high level and competitive basketball! He will be a solid pickup for a program at the right level.
