1. Devan Cambridge SF 6’5″ Hillcrest Prep
Cambridge is THE best athlete in the state for all the seniors. The pogo stick can take off from nearly anywhere on the break and flush it down way above the rim. He can defend any wing with his speed, length and athleticism. He is a capable 3pt shooter and is improving his pull-up. He can score through contact with good strength and has many suitors hot on his trail as high up as Auburn.

2. Emmanuel Taban SF 6’7″ Apollo
Taban is a long and lean scoring machine. He can score from all 3 levels and he is very efficient. He uses his immense length to defend the passing lanes and rebounds well for position. He has a hard-to-guard pull-up off the dribble from mid to the 3pt line and can get in the lane and score with floaters and tough layups in traffic.
3. Jackson Ruai SG/CG 6’5″ Amphi
Ruai is another super athletic player. He plays the role of a lead guard for his HS team and is a very good passer and play-maker. He is one of the best defenders in space on the list and an outstanding rebounder. He can defend the 1-3 and covers a lot of ground quickly with elite lateral quickness. He can shoot it from the perimeter but can make strides with his shooting consistency.

4. Otis Frazier III SF 6’5″ Buckeye
Frazier is another bouncy athlete. The lefty can score it easily from deep and get into the lane to throw it down. He can make good reads to teammates and defend three positions. He has good length and when he gets hot, he is very hard to handle. He could get streaky one way or the other but had a great season with avg over 20 ppg.
5. Nicolas Elame CG/SG 6’3″ Bella Vista Prep
Elame is a top athlete and plays on or off the ball. He is more of a downhill scorer but can hit the deep 3. He is very fast in the open court and defends either spot. He can facilitate for his team but is probably best off the ball at the next level.
6. Josh Baker CG/SG 6’3″ McClintock
Baker is one of the better catch and shoot guards. He is also crafty to get into the lane with a good handle. He doesn’t blow by you yet gets you on his hip and uses hesitations and spin moves to score it in the lane. He has a set shot with deep range and a super quick release. He probably has the fastest release of this group. He uses his long arms well in the passing lanes and made strides each year learning how to make others better.
7. Zach Hobbs SG 6’4″ Mesa
Hobbs is one of the best catch and shoot jump shooters in the class. He has a strong build/frame and uses it to carve up space inside to drive it. He rebounded well on his small Jackrabbits team and became a team leader and improved his passing skills in the last year.
