Valiant Effort Players
5’10 PG Roulervee Vann of Granger
Vann had 36 points and was the best guard on the floor but it wasn’t enough. Vann is a small guard but he can score. (NWAC)
6’7 SF Ethan Potter of Layton
The long athlete had his hands full against AF. He is a D2 prospect. If he works on his strength he could push Layton next year into contention.
Tanner Kofoed of Layton
Tanner is a dynamic guard that can score inside and out. Another small school player that will have a great year for Layton next year.
Hayden Schenck of Weber
The Weber State Football commit had a great game as he scored 22 points. He is a next level athlete.
Brox Ashby of Hillcrest
Brox was solid all year as he put up 16 points and had 8 rebounds. (NWAC)
Treyden Christensen of Westlake
Treyden scored 24 points in a tough 1 point loss to Davis in overtime.
Jaxon Pollard of Lone Peak
Jaxon is a legit D2 NAIA prospect. He does more on the floor than produce numbers. He had 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Jordan Orozco of Cyprus
Jordan ended his junior year with an active game as he had 4 steals 8 rebounds to go along with 14 points. Kid can play and is a long 6’3 G.
Prime Time Players
Hayden Franson of American Fork
Hayden has been courted by a lot of D1 JUCO”s. He had a great game as he scored 19 points and had 6 rebounds.
Perry Dettling of Copper Hills
It almost seemed as if it was a night off for some of the other players as Perry lite it up for four 3’s as he had 17 points and 11 rebounds the 6’5 2019 kid could be a nice NWAC player.
Tyson Garff of Davis
What a great game by one of the better players in the state. Tyson is a good D2 or NAIA prospect
Dallin Hall of Fremont
Dallin Hall is one of the most complete players in all of Utah.
Blake Freeland of Herriman
The BYU Football commit was dunking all over Granger and was the biggest difference in the game.
Majok Kuath of Kearns
Majok is a D1 JUCO signee and he was the best player on the court in the first round win.
Kawika Akina of Pleasant Grove
Kawkia Akina is not just a shooter. He plays a great point guard position. He is a good NAIA prospect.
Dayne McDonald of Riverton
Had a nice game with 17 points.
