Central Ohio Games Of The Week!
Tuesday February 12th
Hilliard Davidson (16-4) @ Walnut Ridge (16-4): Hilliard Davidson fresh off defeating undefeated Hilliard Bradley will look to keep things rolling. Behind Jacob Drees and Gage Keys, Davidson has the talent. Walnut Ridge is in line for a quality home win. After a second place finish in the City League-South, they will look to score a big win.
London (17-2) @ West Jefferson (15-5): This one is a solid game between two excellent teams in their respected division. The Red Raiders of London come in led by Trey Woodyard, putting in close to 16 PPG. The Sophomore is definitely a player to keep an eye on. West Jeff will be anchored by Ben Casey and his big time production of 19.2 PPG. This should be another fun matchup in Central Ohio.
Friday February 15th
Canal Winchester (17-1) @ Newark (15-3): A good game first time around with the Indians beating Newark 67-61, it will be a battle once again. Canal Winchester is led by talented Senior Brady Snyder, who averages over 19 PPG. Newark will have revenge on their mind, looking to pick up a quality win in the OCC.
Upper Arlington (12-5) @ Dublin Coffman (17-0): Over the years, Upper Arlington and Coffman have some history. Coffman will be looking to run past Arlington at home, and stay undefeated. But they will have to stop the Sammy Sass and Max Martz combo to do so. After falling to the Golden Bears last year, look for Coffman to try to come out of the gates quick.
Saturday February 16th
Northland (15-5) @ Columbus South (19-1): The City League championship is going to be a big one this evening. Expect a packed gym and a lot of energy. Northland, behind tough guard N’Keeley Elmore will take on the tough South team. Columbus South, witch just one loss on the season will be looking to take home the City League. We will see a tough guard battle as the Bulldogs also have a great lead guard, Treohn Watkins.
