Seth Pomeroy 2019 Owasso Point Guard
Pomeroy was a maestro on the court for the Owasso Rams as he has been all season. At the Point, Pomeroy does a great job of making sure his teammates are in great spots for success. The vision mixed with his ability to fit the ball in tight windows makes Pomeroy one of the best passers in the state. One area he has certainly mastered is how to use the pick and roll to dice up a defense. It was a treat seeing him throw dime after dime on Saturday afternoon.
Caden Davis 2021 Bartlesville Point Guard
Davis was a nice find at the BOK Showcase running the Point for Bartlesville. What you like about Davis is how young he is considering the level of play he brought to the floor. On a big stage in Tulsa, Davis was unfazed getting the ball his teammates in great situations. Davis seems to love to make a great pass more than scoring, which adds to him as a true Point Guard. The unselfish play of Davis made him standout.
James Alexandre 2019 Tulsa Memorial Point Guard
James Alexandre is a solid scoring point guard for Tulsa Memorial. His quickness and attack-mindedness came up in big spots for the Chargers. Not many 5-foot-8 guards are as willing to get to the rack and put up a shot as Alexandre.
Marlo Fox 2021 Sand Springs Point Guard
Marlo Fox is another guy who is attack-minded and can impact the game by penetrating the defense. He has a good mid-range game that he can really hone in his next couple season. He can be a very dangerous scorer at the bottom levels, in particular. Additionally, Fox hustles on the defensive end of the floor.
Trey Phipps 2020 Booker T. Washington Point Guard
Trey Phipps led the Hornets in scoring with 20 points, equalling almost half of Booker T. Washington’s total scoring on Saturday night. Phipps is an elite shooter but is also a great driver-and-penetrate player. At 6-foot-even, Phipps is one of the most all-around developed scoring point guards in the Tulsa area and has been fantastic for Booker T. Washington this season.
