BRIGGS BARNES | FRIENDSHIP TECH ’19
Barnes set the tone early in this game by using his length and high hands defensively to create turnovers. Listed at 5-foot-8, Barnes is a high energy guard who plays much bigger due to his length and broad frame.
MISSIAH BROWN | CHAVEZ ’21
Brown is a big guard who plays hard and uses his length to keep plays alive. Offensively, he’s best in transition given his ability to fill the lanes correctly and use his body control and strength to finish through contact.
MIKE HENDERSON | CHAVEZ ’22
Henerdson is the smallest player on the court, but often has the biggest impact. Listed at 5-foot-4, he is a pure point guard with impressive end to end speed and deep range from the catch.
MOE JOHNSON | CHAVEZ ’21
Johnson is a physically talented 6-foot-4 wing that is still very raw, but has a lot potential. He is an instinctive shot blocker who is rangy enough to rebound out of his area and defend on the perimeter when engaged.
ANDRE LATTIMORE JR. | FRIENDSHIP TECH ’21
Lattimore is listed at 6-foot-3, but was impactful on the boards with his relentless effort. He did get called for traveling twice due to improper footwork, which is a correctable concern.
DAJUAN MCMILLAN | FRIENDSHIP TECH ’21
McMillan shot it extremely well last night. He also showed that he can handle the ball and create plays off the bounce.
