Terrific body control finishing with either hand. Floater is another major weapon. Range on his three point shot. Good pull up jump shooter with consistent mechanics.
Taylor spoke about his junior season with Collinsville.
“It has been fun. We are playing a lot better this year than last year. I am having a better overall season and am shooting the ball better. I am just having fun.”
He has seen significant growth in his perimeter shot during the season.
“I have improved my three point shooting for sure. Last year I shot 30% and this year I am shooting 44%. I have improved that and my playmaking.”
What is the latest with his recruitment?
“I am still talking to a lot of mid-major and low-major schools. Presbyterian and Green Bay are showing interest. I have offers from SEMO, North Florida, and UMKC. North Dakota has been hitting me up a lot.”
Any schools he wants to get out to for visits?
“I will be at North Florida at some point. I will probably go to a SEMO game. Visit UMKC to see the full campus.”
Taylor discussed what he will be looking for in a program.
“Make sure I have a good relationship with the coaches. I have to know what my role is.”
