Outlook: This district has been dominated by Whitfield and former star player Torrence Watson for the past three years. With Watson now at Mizzou, it is now a wide open district with three or four contenders. Hancock ascends to the No. 1 seed after nearly defeating Whitfield in the district championship game last season. Maplewood and Whitfield are also legit contenders while Valley Park has a big talent is guard Jeramy Shaw. This will be a battle.
Prediction: Hancock
