Scholarship Offers:
- Hopkinsville’s James Nicholas has been offered by Shawnee Community College and Rust College. Nicholas has been a hot name in the Juco ranks the last couple of weeks and has earned 3 offers.
- Casey County Senior Max Reyes was awarded his first offer. Campbellsville University offered the Rebels point guard.
- Lexington Catholic post player Brice Scott was offered a roster spot at Transylvania.
- Fern Creek’s Jaxon Gaddie added a roster spot offer at Aurora University.
Commitments:
- Logan County’s Tommy Krohn committed to Brescia University last week.
- Knox County Central forward Nick Martin committed to Asbury last week.
Campus Visits:
- John Hardin’s Alex Matthews and McCracken County’s Jackson Sivills visited Tennessee on Saturday. Sivills will head to Louisville this weekend.
- Lipscomb hosted several Kentucky kids Saturday as Amari Taylor, Marques Warrick, Ray Surratt, Luke Morrison, Dayvion McKnight and Marcellus Vail all took in their game against Jacksonville.
- Trinity Senior Jamil Hardaway took a visit to IU-Southeast over the weekend. Several Kentuckians are on the Grenadiers roster already.
Career Milestones:
- Graves County’s Jordan Naranjo became the school’s second all-time leading scorer with 1,618 points.
- Butler Senior Reese Tolley eclipsed the 1,000 point mark last week in a win over Doss.
- Henry Clay Senior Keaston Brown entered the 1,000 point club Tuesday in the blowout win over Lafayette.
- Campbell County’s Drew Wilson scored his 1,000th point Tuesday in their win over Boone County.
- Spencer County Sophomore Sam Conley scored his 1,000th career point for the Bears in a win over Bethlehem Tuesday night.
- Last night Kyle Rode of Lexington Christian became the 2nd leading scorer in Fayette County history when he scored his 2,409th point.
- Johnson Central’s Jacob Rice became the school’s all time assist leader recently.
- Carroll County’s Wyatt Supplee joined the 1,000 point club last week.
- Calvary Christian’s Mason Rauch scored his 2,000th career point last week.
- Somerset’s Kade Grundy went over the 1,000 point mark last week.
