Bayonne is a bouncy off guard with really good size. At the high school level, he can play 1-4, and handles it at a higher level than I previously realized. He is a shifty ball handler, and uses an array of ball fakes and head fakes to get where he wants to on the court. He is a good shooter from deep, and has all of the physical tools to be a good defender.
Devon Jefferson 6’4 G St. Augustine
Jefferson is a prototypical 3&D prospect that more and more coaches are beginning to covet. At 6’4 he can shoot over most defenses that he is matched up against. He is a better athlete than you would expect from such a good shooter. He is able to impact the game in a variety of ways, without necessarily putting the ball in the hoop.
Myron Washington 6’8 C Ouachita Parish
Washington is a long 6’8 post player. With his length and athleticism, he is able to do a really good job at protecting the rim. He is able to gobble up rebounds, but does struggle to stay focus for long stretches of the game. He is definitely best kept around the rim at this point in time.
Tyler Washington 6’6 F Delhi
Washington is a big wing that can really put the ball in the hole. He is averaging nearly 20 PPG this season, and has gone for as many as 44 points in a game this season. He shoots it a lot better than you would expect for someone his size, shooting 40% on the year.
Vince Bayonne 6’4 F Live Oak
Vince is the twin brother of Bryan, mentioned earlier in this article. He is more of a wing prospect than his brother is. He has deep range from 3, and does a really good job of setting his feet on his jumpshot. He does a really good job of using his body to attract contact when attacking the rim. He plays with a high effort level on both sides of the ball, and is really prolific at getting his hands in passing lanes.
