Alex Brandt, 6’2, G, 2019, BSS
A smart player with a good eye. Brandt makes good plays with the ball as a scorer and passer. He can handle a little and is good at driving the lane and kicking it out to an open teammate or scoring it for himself. Brandt has a competitive nature to him. He scores when he’s open and works extremely hard on defense.
Yonathan Elful, G/F, 2019, North Kansas City
A player who brings toughness to the floor. He is a terrific rebounder and is good at staying in position and keeping opponents out of the paint. Elful is also good at running the floor and can score in transition well. But he’s a huge factor on defense.
Aubrey Martin, 5’11, G, 2019, Raytown
A strong, powerfully built guard who can score in bunches. He has a great presence with the ball and can run the show to success. He creates well off the bounce and can connect from free throw line. A guy who can get to the basket and can connect from deep.
Tyler Nelson, 6’2, G, 2019, Rockhurst
An excellent player at Rockhurst that brings size and versatility to the floor. Nelson is a skilled player who can back opponents up, score from distance and on the move. He is a good ball handler and can run the show at times and play off the ball at a high level. Nelson is also a confident defender and can tip away passes and finish on the run.
Kaden Spruell, 6’3, F, 2019, Blue Springs
A smart forward who can rebound, handle the ball and score with a hand in his face. Spruell has a nice inside-out game, a player who uses his thickness and size inside the paint and can use his shoulders to feel for an opening. He can also get hot from deep as he is capable for filling out a wing position with his handles, first step quickness and versatility on defense.
