11. Rhaven Brown, 6-4, W, Falcon, 2019, 1.5 bpg
Falcon is having a rough season but Brown isn’t. Not only is he blocking 1.5 shots a night from his win position, the Falcons senior has also scored double figures in all but two of Falcon’s games. Active all across the floor, Brown also averages 14.9 points, 1.8 assists, 6.6 rebounds and 1.9 steals.
12. Joe Lombardelli, 6-4, F/C, Northridge, 2019, 1.5 bpg
Not only is Lombardelli a solid shot blocks, he’s also among the higher-scoring players in the state. He leads the deep and talented Northern League with 21.5 points per game and the three-sport athlete adds 10.3 rebounds a night to average a double-double.
13. Hunter Lane, 6-4, C, Denver North, 2019, 1.4 bpg
Another player on this list averaging close to a double-double a night, he’s putting up 10.3 points and 8.0 rebounds. Defensively, Lane blocks close to two shots a game and is shooting 54 percent from the field at the offensive end.
14. Ocean Hageman, 6-6, SF, Conifer, 2020, 1.4 bpg
Hageman still has another year at Conifer, which increases his upside with a chance to grow into his body more. He already moves intelligently without the ball, has a solid midrange jumper and has good timing and instincts when attempting to block shots. He also averages 8.8 points and 7.2 rebounds.
15. Orlondo Aguilar, 6-3, PF/C, Alameda, 2019, 1.4 bpg
Also a football player, this is one tough kid. At just 6-foot-3 he manages 1.4 blocks and 5.9 rebounds a per game. He scores 6.3 points per game and he gets a lot of those points courtesy of his own rebounding and the 1.4 steals he gets hind hand on nightly.
