Dreher HS vs North Augusta HS
The Blue Devils (5-17) get to travel over to play the Yellow Jackets (21-5). The Yellow Jackets have good leadership in RJ Felton and Omarion Byrd.
Beaufort HS vs Orangeburg-Wilkinson HS
The Bruins get to play host for this first round game. Frank Lee 13.5 ppg, Jahnarious Snell 9.8 ppg and John Paul White 7.9 ppg and Justin Hodges 7.5 ppg lead the Bruins.
Darlington – BYE
The Falcons (22-3) will play on Saturday vs Brookland-Cayce HS vs Bluffton HS winner. Kenynon Scott 16 ppg and Tyshaun Johnson 11,8 ppg has led the Falcons high octane offense this season.
Brookland-Cayce vs Bluffton HS
The Bearcats travel down to the Lowcountry to Bluffton HS (15-7). Head Coach Robert Wells has a young roster and don’t be surprised if the Bearcats come away with a victory here.
North Myrtle Beach HS vs Colleton County HS (Walterboro)
The Chiefs were a at-large team under first year Head Coach Darci Vincent. Javi Marlowe runs the Chiefs the offense. Bailey Encalade was recently named Region Player of the Year for the Cougars
Hartsville HS vs Aiken HS
The Red Foxes (11-14) will rely on University of South Carolina signee Trae Hannibal to get them to Florence next week. Hannibal is averaging 27.4 ppg this season while Cesare Edwards 10.3 ppg is coming into his own late in the season. Maison Hall leads the Hornets (13-12) offense.
Myrtle Beach HS vs South Aiken HS
The Seahawks will travel 221 miles (3 hours 32 minutes) to play the T-Breds in the opening round. The Seahawks have a solid group of underclassmen in Emorie Knox, Darius Hough, James Marques and Ayden Hickman. South Aiken HS comes into the game with a (11-12) record.
Lower Richland HS vs Wilson HS (Florence)
The Diamond Hornets (10-13) will head over to Florence to play the Tigers (13-8). Lower Richland will rely on Korey Richardson and Quenton Flood. The Tigers and Head Coach Derrick McQueen have a senior dominated team. Allen Williamson 18 ppg, Darius Boatwright 10 ppg, Maine Gibson 11 ppg, Ziohn Brown and Deshawn Brackett.10 ppg. Boatwright became eligible in Mid January for the Tigers
