Mozae Downing, 6’3, G, 2022, Free State
A nice young player for Free State who can protect the ball and find separation against older and more physical players. Downing has a quick first step and can distribute well and put the ball in the hole. He has a lot of potential as a defender as he uses his length, size and speed to defend several positions on the floor.
Tyce Hoover, 6’3, G/F, 2019, Manhattan
A good player with size, strength and all-around versatility. Hoover is a wing player who can handle the ball, score from distance and work inside and score of the glass. He’s an athletic player who can use his frame to get inside, rebound and finish plays.
Qua’vez Humphreys, 6’3, G, 2020, Junction City
An explosive athlete with handles who can play above the rim in full and half court settings. Humphreys is a defensive-minded player who likes to make stops and force opponents to rush plays and throw away the ball. He is a slasher who can score inside and he can find his stroke and can connect from distance. A confident player with and without the ball.
Chandler Marks, 6’6, PF, 2020, Manhattan
A strong, physical player with broad shoulders and the ability to move inside and out. He can dominate on the block and can score with a hand in his face. He’s a skilled player handle the ball and stretch the floor with his outside shooting. He’s also a good passer and could potentially develop into a wing player, given his size and skill set.
