Baylor Harrop 6’4 Fremont 2020
Harrop provides balance to Fremont and another shooter who can fill it up in a hurry. If Hall and Harrop are able to shoot the basketball at a high level, Fremont is capable of making a deep run in this tournament and potentially holding up a state championship trophy.
Dallin Hall 6’4 PG/SG 2020 Fremont
This might be a hot take, but Hall is the most dangerous guard still in the state tournament. He is a knockdown shooter who is willing to let it fly from anywhere. If he gets a rhythm, he is more than capable of sending home an opponent. Opposing teams will need to make sure they do all that they can to get the ball out of Hall’s hand.
Jake Sampson 6’2 SG 2020 Davis
Nearly 12 of his 14 points per game are coming from behind the line. Sampson is vital to this team’s success because he spaces the floor and makes opposing team pay if they give him any space.
Tyson Garff 6’6 PG/SG 2019 Davis
Garff, like a couple of the other prospects not on this list, is more than just a shooter. He is a playmaker who is also a high percentage shooter from deep. He is more comfortable shooting off of the dribble than he is stationary.
Tyler Fairbanks 5’10 SG 2019 Pleasant Grove
Fairbanks has played a huge role for this team due to his ability to stretch the floor. Pleasant Grove has plenty of talent. Thus, his ability to connect from deep makes it hard for opposing teams to help. Fairbanks makes teams pick their poison.
Trey Stewart 6’2 PG/SG 2019 American Fork
Stewart is capable of doing far more than shooting 3s. However, he has been a consistent threat from there this season. In fact, he would probably have more looks from deep if American Fork was not extremely balanced offensively. He is sharing shots with two other scorers who are more than capable of filling it up in Isaac Johnson and Tanner Cuff.
