Gander at ten statistically productive players never before featured by PrepHoops.com/Tennessee.
Kelvean Smith, who did get a writeup for attending the @PrepHoopsTN Fall Combine, did not get more love since. Right now the Calvary Christian combo guard is averaging 5.2 assists per game, which helps boost his A/TO ratio to 2.38.
Bryson Kelley is a big part of the Eagleville High School success. Kelley’s 54 assists and 13 made three-pointers provide needed guard production, but he definitely needs to force his way to the free throw line more often (12 FTA).
Middleton’s Kentavious Berry is playing well despite a poor MHS team record. Berry is putting up 14.7 ppg and a fantastic 5.6 apg with 4.1 rpg and 2.7 spg. Few are accumulating better, more well-rounded statistics.
A pair of Lewis County High players are ripping the nets; Bryson Hinson (56) and Peyton Crowell (58) each knocked down over 50 three-pointers before February hit.
Sophomore William English (Maryville Christian) is one of the few players statewide averaging a double: 13.4 ppg, 10.2 rpg.
Though he saw a smidgen of time last season, Michael Dowlen earned a bigger role for East Nashville. Currently, the Class of 2020 forward averages 11.3 ppg, 8.9 rpg, and 1.0 bpg.
Senior forward Catthadious Moore (Manassas)posts 20.1 ppg and a gaudy 14.6 rpg nightly.
Mason McKnatt already made 99 three-pointers and 145 free throws! He hits 90% of his free throws.
Gabriel Harper (13.9 ppg) keeps Carter High’s train steaming ahead by taking and making many shots. He does need to score more against the big dogs (Austin-East, Harriman).
